Wednesday Afternoons (Homeschool)

3:30 to 4:30 pm (Ages 8-13)

Wednesday Evenings

5:15 to 6:00 pm (Ages 8-12)

6:00 to 7:00 pm (Ages 13+) *Includes adults

7:00 to 8:00 pm (Open Bouting)

Friday Evenings

5:15 to 6:00 pm (Ages 8-12)

6:00 to 7:00 pm (Ages 13+) *Includes adults

7:00 to 8:00 pm (Open Bouting)

Saturday Mornings

9:00 to 10:00 am (Ages 15+) *Due to nature of competitive training. This class Includes students over 15 and older and invited youth for competitive training.

10:00 to 11:00 am (Competitive)

11:00 to 12:00 pm (Open Bouting)

Please note that an occasional scheduling conflict with Hansen Family Sports Complex may require us to cancel a practice. Students will be notified by email prior to a cancellation. We will do our best to make up for lost time during open bouting. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
